What is the Wheel of Life Exercise?
The Wheel of Life Exercise is a coaching tool used to give you a visual perspective on the balance – or lack thereof, in 10 typical key areas of your life.
It gives you the opportunity to measure your current Level of Satisfaction in those 10 key areas of your life by answering five questions in each area.
Upon answering five questions in each area of life, the exercise calculates an average rating and summarizes it for you by displaying your results at the end.
How do you use the Wheel of Life Exercise to make a difference in your life?
Once you are consciously aware and can see your current level of satisfaction in all key areas of your life, you can begin to focus on each life area that you want to work towards having more balance, fulfillment, and happiness in.
As you work through the Wheel of Life Exercise, you will find areas that you can acknowledge yourself for the success you have created, and areas where you may want to increase your level of satisfaction and success on your terms.
How do you do the Wheel of Life Exercise?
Instructions:
1) There are five questions in each of the ten key life areas. Read each statement.
2) Going with your instant gut response, rank each statement on a scale from 1 – Completely Dissatisfied, to 10 – Completely Satisfied, by entering your ranking in the drop down menu box to the right of each statement.
3) Submit your Wheel of Life Exercise by pressing the “SUBMIT NOW” button at the bottom of the page.
Upon completing the Wheel of Life Exercise, your results will be tabulated and shown on the next page, and you will receive an email with a link to your results for future reference.
