What Is Included In Your Personalized Health Coaching Program?
Your Personalized Health Coaching Program is made up of three key elements:
- Personalized Monthly Holistic Nutrition Plans
- Personalized Monthly Exercise Routines
- Personalized Health Coaching Session
Personalized Monthly Holistic Nutrition Plans
First, you answer a Personalized Health and Wellness Questionnaire that addresses your current:
- Contact Information
- Top 3 Health and Wellness Goals
- Lifestyle Analysis
- Exercising Habits
- Nutritional Habits
- Body measurements and pictures (front, back, and side)
Second, we will provide you with your first Personalized Monthly Holistic Nutrition Plan within a week of successful completion of your Health and Wellness Questionnaire.
Third, we will review your Personalized Monthly Holistic Nutrition Plan on a coaching call.
Fourth, you are required to submit updated body measurements and pictures (front, back, and side) at the end of each month in order for your progress to be monitored and tracked.
Fifth, we will revise your Personalized Monthly Holistic Nutrition Plan for the next month, and so on for the duration of your Personalized Health Coaching Program.
Personalized Monthly Exercise Routines
First, based on your Top 3 Health and Wellness Goals and current exercise regimen described in your Personalized Health and Wellness Questionnaire, we will provide you with your first Personalized Monthly Exercise Routine.
Second, we will review your Personalized Monthly Exercise Routine on a coaching call.
Third, at the end of each month, you are required to submit updated pictures (front, back, and side) and measurements in order for your progress to be tracked.
Fourth, we will revise your Personalized Monthly Exercise Routines for the next month, and so on for the duration of your Personalized Health Coaching Program.
Personalized Health Coaching Sessions
The most important component to your overall health and wellness success is your Personalized Health Coaching component which is custom structured to your unique situation and requirements.
Does Health Coaching Resolve Your Heath Challenges?
If you have any specific health challenges, different healthy lifestyle choices may help to resolve or alleviate them. However, no guarantees are made or inferred. Any questions relating to your specific health challenges should always be discussed with your physician prior to beginning.
Where Does My Health Coaching Experience Come From?
For over 20 years, I have trained in the gym consistently (3-5 days / week) with weights and cardio equipment.
I have also competed in 4 Provincial Level Ontario Physique Association Amateur Bodybuilding Competitions and 1 National Level CBBF Canadian Bodybuilding Competition in 10 years losing a total of 125+ pounds of fat.
I don’t tell you this to impress you, I tell you this to impress upon you that I know what it takes to achieve the health and wellness goals you set for yourself because I’ve been there, learned what worked, what didn’t work, and have the ability to coach you to get the results that you want.
