The Wheel of Life Exercise is a life coaching tool used to give you a visual perspective on the balance (or lack thereof) in typical key areas of your life. The Wheel of Life Exercise gives you the opportunity to measure your current Level of Satisfaction in 10 key areas of your life.
How does the Wheel of Life Exercise work?
Upon answering five questions in each area of life, the Wheel of Life Exercise calculates an average rating and summarizes it for you by displaying your results.
How is the Wheel of Life Exercise used to make a difference for you?
Once you are made consciously aware of your current level of satisfaction in all key areas of your life, you can begin to focus on which life area you want to work towards having more balance, fulfillment, and happiness in.
As you work through the Wheel of Life Exercise, you will find areas that you can acknowledge yourself for the success that you have created, and areas where you may want to increase your level of satisfaction and success.
How do you do the Wheel of Life Exercise?
Instructions for doing the Wheel of Life Exercise are as follows:
1) There are five questions in each of the ten key life areas. Read each statement.
2) Going with your instant gut response, rank each statement on a scale from 1 - Completely Dissatisfied, to 10 - Completely Satisfied, by entering your ranking in the drop down menu box to the right of each statement.
3) Submit your Wheel of Life Exercise by pressing the "SUBMIT NOW" button at the bottom of the page.
Upon completing the Wheel of Life Exercise, your results will be tabulated and shown on the next page, and you will receive an email with a link to your results for future reference.
